Welcome to K.Minamoto London Rewards Program (the “Program”), owned and maintained by Minamoto Kitchoan Europe Ltd. Use of the Program is provided to you subject to the following terms and conditions of use. In the Terms of Use, the words “you” and “your” refer to customer or user using this Program, and “we”, “us”, “our”, “Company” and “K.MINAMOTO” refer to Minamoto Kitchoan Europe Ltd and “Program”and “Service” refers to K.Minamoto London Rewards Program provided by us. We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Any material changes will be notified through appropriate means before they take effect.

By joining this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be unconditionally bound by the Terms of Use and we therefore advise you to read the Terms of Use carefully. Your use of the Program constitutes your binding acceptance of the Terms of Use, as amended from time to time, and our Privacy Policy, set forth below and incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must close this page immediately.

A. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

1. About the Point Card

  • The Card is provided as a token of our appreciation to customers and allows you to earn points when making purchases.
  • The Card may only be used by the registered cardholder.

2. Earning and Using Points

  • Points are granted only when the Card is presented at the time of purchase.
  • Some products may not be eligible for points.
  • Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts according to the Store’s rules.

3. Point Expiration and Membership

  • Points expire after a period of inactivity.
  • When points expire, your membership may also become inactive. To earn points again, please register for a new membership.
  • Expired points cannot be reinstated.

4. Card Management

  • In cases of fraudulent use, the Store may cancel points or suspend the Card.

5. Changes to Terms and Service

  • The Store may revise these terms or end the point card service if necessary.
  • Any changes will be announced in-store or by other means deemed appropriate by the Store.

B. PRIVACY POLICY

In the event that K.MINAMOTO, or substantially all of its assets are acquired by one or more third parties as a result of an acquisition, merger, sale, reorganization, consolidation or liquidation, our databases containing your information may be one of the transferred assets. In using our Program, you consent to such transfer. K.MINAMOTO shall disclose information provided by you to the extent required by law through subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or requirement or as necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of K.MINAMOTO or others. You acknowledge that your email communications with us might not be secure, and that a third party could hack into the Site and view any information you send by email in transit. K.MINAMOTO will have no liability for disclosure of your information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third parties during transmission.

C. DISCLAIMER

Your use of our Program is at your own risk. If you are dissatisfied with our Program or any of these Terms of Use, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate our Program.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE DIGITAL POINT CARD SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DOES THE COMPANY WARRANT THAT ANY DEFECTS OR INACCURACIES IN THE SITE, DIGITAL POINT CARD SERVICE, OR CONTENT WILL BE CORRECTED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE DIGITAL POINT CARD SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. NONE OF THE COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR TITLE, WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, THE DIGITAL POINT CARD SERVICE, ANY COMPANY CONTENT, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR POINTS OBTAINED THROUGH USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE DIGITAL POINT CARD SERVICE IS ASSUMED SOLELY BY YOU.

Limitation of Liability

You specifically acknowledge and agree that the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any user. While we intend to take reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of viruses or other harmful materials, we do not warrant or guarantee that the Digital Point Card service, or any content made available through them, will be free of viruses or other harmful components. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from viruses, malware, or other harmful materials that may affect your computer, device, or property as a result of accessing using the Digital Point Card service. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law.

K.MINAMOTO (“K.MINAMOTO”) respects the privacy of users of K.Minamoto London Rewards Program (the “Service”). The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you about the types of information we gather about you when you join the Service, how we may use that information, and whether and how we disclose it to anyone. By joining our service, you are consenting to the terms of this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a new privacy policy at this location. Therefore, you are responsible for periodically checking the Privacy Policy for changes. K.MINAMOTO safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and other procedures. We are not responsible for non-compliance with recommended security practices.
