Q: When will my order be delivered?

A: Your order will be shipped out and delivered to you within 2-3 working days. If you require a faster delivery, please contact us.

Please note that there is possibility of delivery delay due to the busy holiday season or extreme weather conditions.


Q: Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

A: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You can check the status of your package once it’s in transit.


Q: Do you deliver on weekends and bank holidays?

A: Normally delivery will NOT be attempted on weekends and bank holidays. However, it may be attempted on Saturday in some areas.

Q: Can I schedule a delivery?

A: Unfortunately you cannot schedule a delivery from our online shop. If you’d like to place scheduled delivery please write a note or contact us when you order.


Q: Do you ship to post office boxes?

A: At this time we are unable to process orders shipping to PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.


Q: Do you ship to Europe?

A: Unfortunately, we can’t accept any international orders due to the delay and custom clearance fee issues.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
