*one level teaspoon per 500ml pot and wait for 3 minutes to brew.

*white tea is very high in polyphenols+amino acid 20 to 30 times higher than ordinary Sencha.

*matcha is the powdered form of Gyokuro- White tea.

Easy Way to Make Delicious Gyokuro-White tea.

1- In order to obtain an ideal temperature; add 250 mls of water at room temperature to 250 mls of boiling water.

2- Put one level teaspoon of tea into the pot.

3- Pour the 500 mls of mixed water from a good height - to help oxygenate the tea.

4- Allow to brew for 3 minutes.
